Do you ship worldwide?

We are based in Miami but we take immense pride in extending our delivery services to the following countries and territories:

What are your delivery times?

Our fulfillment process typically takes 1 to 3 days. We provide email tracking information promptly following shipping dispatch. Some orders may have individual tracking codes per item.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • US & Canada: 7-14 business days
  • UK & EU: 7-14 business days
  • International: 12-14 business days

If your order has not arrived after 30 business days, please contact us for a refund or replacement.

Potential Delays:
Please note that orders may be delayed due to credit approval, customs processing, customization, or remote delivery. Most orders ship within 3 business days (up to 5 during peak times). You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging, including all tags and inserts must be included.
  • Returns must be post-marked within 30 days of receiving the item.

We Cannot Accept Returns of:

  • Non-Returnable Products (or Products Marked "Final Sale")
  • Products not in their original condition and packaging
  • Gift Cards

Upon return, the refund amount will be processed, deducting the real shipping costs for both initial delivery and return, irrespective of any prior free shipping benefits. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of our error or a defective item.

How much is shipping?

Our shipping options range from $7.99 to $16.99, catering to various needs. Depending on your global location we will provide the best shipping options available.

How long does it take to recieve my item?

At Dios el Padre we deploy a range of efficient shipping methods to ensure your orders reach you both swiftly and securely. Most of our products are typically ready for shipping within an estimated total time frame of 1-2 weeks, encompassing both production and delivery.

Your tracking information will be updated once your order arrives at your local port and is taken over by the local carrier from the sea freight company.

We do want to emphasize that carrier delays are beyond our control and all shipping times are estimations. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate refunds or cancellations for delayed orders already in transit. We understand your eagerness to receive your orders promptly, and we're doing everything in our power to minimize delays.

Can I change my delivery address?

We understand that sometimes address changes are needed after an item ships. However, please be aware that this may incur an address change fee. It's advisable to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase to prevent this. If an address change is necessary post-shipping, please contact our customer support promptly at sales@dioselpadre.com Additional fees may apply.

How can I make a return?

How can I cancel my order?

Feel free to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Just shoot us an email at sales@circlecasa.com

Please note, once 24 hours have passed or the item has shipped, we can't cancel the order.

When will I recieve my refund?

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days following the processing of your return at our warehouse.

How is the currency converted?

Our website will seamlessly translate its currency to match your local preferences.

Please note that your credit card company will handle the conversion of your order from US Dollars to your local currency, using their prevailing exchange rate at the time of purchase.
